地狱式魔鬼训练-----开始！！！
from now on,
every Saturday and Sunday will be my nightmare...
will start 魔鬼训练 for KK,
and each practice will take at least 5-6 hours!!!
fortunately,
today's training FAILED due to some reasons,
2 hours only ^^
